"I had to switch agents due to unforeseen circumstances. However, I wish I had switched to the Royce Carlson Agency sooner! My agent Leo, was the absolute best. From beginning to end he made the entire process very simple for me. He gave me all of the information I needed to initiate my “Transfer of Agent” request along with the details I’d be needing to provide the team doing the changes. Being that he assisted me with ensuring that I had all of the required information for the transfer, my request was done in less than 3 business from when we initiated this. Leo was extremely informative, letting me know as soon as they received my file and assisted with helping me make the desired changes to my coverage.
